Quickly restore the efficient operation of solar heating systems in which thermal fluid has degraded using Sentinel R200 Solar Cleaner. This will prepare the system for the addition or replenishment of Sentinel R100 Heat Transfer Fluid, which enhances system performance and prolongs system life.
Sentinel R200 Solar Cleaner works in just 20 minutes at low or room temperature to remove sludge and deposits which negatively impact system performance. The degradation process is indicated by a darkening of the fluid, leaving systems less thermally efficient and more vulnerable to freezing temperatures. Sentinel R200 Solar Cleaner comes in a ready-to-use solution and can be used with a flushing machine.
Sentinel R200 contains specific dispersants designed to remove deposits and sludge from solar heating equipment.
Sentinel R200 is circulated through-out the solar heating system at ambient temperature for a period of about 20 minutes with a flushing unit and will effectively remove any sludge, deposits or blockages caused by degraded thermal fluid. For systems with deposits that are baked on to the surfaces it may be necessary to elevate the cleaning temperature to achieve an effective clean.
