French-speaking Customer Services Advisor

 

Seeking a proactive customer services role, and using your language skills? This is an opportunity to join us in an exciting chapter in our development.  

Our customer support team is based from our offices at Daresbury close to the M56.

Right now we are seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to support customers in France.

Key Tasks
  • Proactively manage designated French accounts building rapport and developing close relationships
  • Support French customers via incoming telephone calls/emails providing pricing/delivery/and service information etc.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Resolve customer enquiries/complaints, recording issues and the resolution in our SAP ERP system.
  • Identify and escalate any priority issues to the Customer Services Manager
  • Work closely/build close relationships with Sentinel France Sales/Office based Teams
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external departments and partners
Experience you need
  • Previous customer services experience in either a B2B customer service focused role or Internal Sales
  • Fluent in French written & verbal
  • Fantastic telephone manner and competent IT skills (MS Office and for data input/order reviews)
  • Positive attitude and a flexible approach to managing your day
  • Team player who is able to confidently interact with others but who is also able to work independently
  • Ability to manage your own workload whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Our offices are based next to Junction 11 of the M56, you will need a car to travel to work

Marketing Assistant

 
Job Profile

We are searching for a marketing assistant to help contribute to the marketing output of the company across the UK, as well as supporting our expansion and growth in emerging markets.

You will bring ideas and enthusiasm to the role, where your creative input will be listened to and valued.  You will need to be able to work independently on tasks/projects and also confidently report in to the wider business on these and other items. We expect you to use your initiative, think creatively, take ownership of your tasks and role and deliver excellence as standard.

As our offices are based next to Junction 11 of the M56, use of a car will enable easier travel to work.

Key Tasks

Contribute to global marketing activity

Online and digital work focus:

  • Managing Sentinel’s social media channels
  • Video content creation and management
  • Website content management
  • Identifying opportunity and improvement for the business’ online presence

This will include:

  • Development of customer-facing collateral
  • Ongoing brand development and maintenance
  • Developing the digital offer across all of Sentinel’s social media platforms
  • Using your creative skills to bring campaigns to life
  • Reporting on campaign effectiveness, provide analytics on activity

As well as ongoing day-to-day tasks, there will be opportunities to undertake project work and be involved extensively across the following:

  • Product launches
  • Training (online and in-person training, supporting business initiatives)
  • Brand updates, maintenance and development
  • Sales & Marketing campaigns
  • Working with customers/sales teams to improve and develop Sentinel’s marketing offering and industry profile
  • Developing new and improving existing digital interfaces for key customers
Experience/Knowledge

You will be a recent graduate or in Marketing/communications/business-related higher education qualification, with a passion for all things digital. We will also consider candidates who have been working in marketing.

Foreign language skills would be beneficial as the role will entail exposure to international markets

Experience/knowledge of software such as:

  • Google suite
  • Social media scheduling tools
  • SEO tools
  • Video editing
  • Website CMS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
