Sentinel accompagne l’entreprise Sociale d’Habitat Soginorpa dans le cadre de la rénovation énergétique efficiente de son parc de logements

Created in 1986 by Charbonnages de France, Maison & Cités Soginorpa is, since January 1, 2014, a public housing company (capital 679,668,661 euros) which manages a park of more than 61,000 dwellings resulting from the activity of the Coal mines of the North -Pas-de-Calais, spread over the entire Valenciennois mining basin west of Bruay-la-Buissière.

The leading regional lessor, Maisons & Cités, which currently employs nearly 880 people, has a park consisting essentially of individual houses grouped on plots of garden cities. Its “old real estate” fleet is regularly the subject of significant investments for renovation / rehabilitation programs (more than 1,000 renovations per year), always aiming at more energy efficiency, with perfectly controlled loads and more comfort for families.

In this logic of quality requirements and control of operating costs, J erome Hadrzynski, Technical Support Director within the Deputy General Directorate of Real Estate Soginorpa, wrote a “Products and Materials” Reference. This, based on precise specifications for each product, material or equipment, takes into account different factors (value for money, durability of the product, subsequent maintenance, operating cost for the tenant ...) and lists precisely the different suppliers and products validated by the Soginorpa Group. A technical reference that excludes, for example, flat roofs, favoring sloping roofs covered with tiles. Soginorpa then leaves it to the contracting authority to choose the supplier from among the various approved solutions of this technical reference.

Sentinel was therefore chosen for this standard with its Eliminator filter. This indeed includes an ultra-efficient and innovative technology making it possible to eliminate all suspended debris, magnetic and non-magnetic, detrimental to the proper functioning of the central heating installation. According to Franck Ingoglia, Director France Sentinel , "The installation of an Eliminator filter, as part of the program to renovate 3,000 homes per year in the Maisons & Cités park, is a guarantee of optimal sustainability and efficiency of their heater. "

For Sébastien Maison, Works manager of the company Bethune Chauffage (Plumbing, Sanitary and Heating company, created in 2005 - 31 employees), one of the three companies mandated by Soginorpa to carry out renovation work on the Climate Engineering lot,“The Sentinel Eliminator filter naturally imposed itself. I have known for years and already appreciate the performance of Sentinel products for treatment and sludge removal. Having responded to Soginorpa's call for tenders, I favored the choice of the Eliminator filter over competing equipment for several reasons: the first is economical, but above all the Sentinel solution imposes itself by the competitiveness of an implementation simple, safe and fast, saving time between 15 min and half an hour per installation (and the renovation plan impacts 4,000 installations); in addition, the Sentinel Eliminator filter dispenses with the purchase of 2 valves, olive fittings and flexible tubing. Finally, the 1,000 installations carried out last year show an extremely low return rate (less than 1%). "
